This website is operated by BM Safeguarding Limited. It provides general information about our safeguarding consultancy services and a way to make an enquiry. Use of the website is subject to these terms and our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.
Website content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, clinical, emergency, safeguarding, professional or other advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting or deciding not to act based on website content.
BM Safeguarding is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to life or safety, call 999. Do not use this website to report an emergency, make a safeguarding referral or submit information about an identifiable child or adult at risk.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, professional relationship or obligation for BM Safeguarding Limited to provide services. Any consultancy work will be subject to separate written terms agreed with the relevant commissioning organisation. Please do not send confidential information, case material or special-category personal data through the website form.
You must use this website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious material, gain unauthorised access, scrape or reproduce content unlawfully, or use the website in a way that could harm BM Safeguarding Limited or other users.
